We moved to Texas in July 2009. We became homeowners in May 2010.
After living in apartments for 7 1/2 years, we were very excited to move in!

We finalized Katie's adoption in August 2011. It was such a special day!
Jacob ran his second half marathon last fall. Katie and I were so proud of him!
We love all holidays and had fun dressing up as a family for Halloween.

We hosted a Christmas party for our friends in December with lots of food, fun, and games.
We love inviting people over for dinner or game night.
This was Katie's first camping trip in April. It was a new experience to camp with a toddler,
but we all had a great time!
Katie liked sitting in her very own camp chair.
We loved watching Katie gather eggs for the first time this Easter.
Katie always has fun splashing in water. We are excited to take her swimming this summer.
We sure love our mischievous little girl!
